Privacy Policy
How we handle your data
We act as the controller of your personal data and need it to let you play and to offer related services. This policy sets out what we collect, why we use it and what rights you have. We may update it from time to time, so check back now and then.
What we collect
- Details you give us when you register or contact us, such as your name, date of birth, e-mail address and phone number.

Why we use it

- To confirm your identity and meet our anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing duties.
- To spot and stop fraud, abuse of our terms and other irregular play.
- To send you promotions, and partner offers only with your consent.
- To study trends using anonymised, aggregated data.
You can stop marketing messages in your account settings or by writing to [email protected].
Sharing
We never sell or rent your personal data. We may share it within our group, with business partners and with service providers who host our site, handle marketing or analytics, or help prevent fraud. We also disclose data where the law or a regulator requires it. Staff who see your data have signed confidentiality agreements.
Keeping and protecting it
Anti-money laundering rules oblige us to keep player data for at least five years after your last transaction or after account closure. Your account is protected by your unique ID and password, and you can switch on two-factor authentication for extra security. Keep your login details private.
