General

Before you play, you are responsible for checking that online gambling is allowed where you live. We may change these terms, and we will tell players about any change before it takes effect.

Who can play

Our casino is open only to people who live where online gambling is lawful. You must be at least 18, or older if the gambling age in your country is higher. We can check your age at any point and may limit or suspend an account that does not meet this requirement.

Games and currencies

Some providers block certain titles in specific countries. Using a VPN to get around these limits breaks our terms, and winnings made that way are forfeited. Learn the rules of each game before playing.

For deposits and withdrawals we accept EUR, USD, BTC, XRP, USDT, DOGE, LTC and TRX. Any tax or fee due on your winnings under the laws of your country is yours to pay.

Your account

• Each player may hold one personal account only. Duplicate accounts lead to all linked accounts being suspended or closed, and winnings or bonuses gained through them are taken back.
• Nobody else, including minors, may use your account.
• Funds credited by mistake remain ours, and you should tell us at once.

Fair play and verification

We run a strict anti-fraud policy. Collusion, cheating, chargebacks or deposits from illegal sources can lead to closure and withheld payouts. We do not accept advantage play, and this includes low-risk roulette betting that covers 25 or more of the 37 numbers.

To verify you, we may ask for ID, payment details or utility bills in Latin or Cyrillic script, or arrange a video check.

Every deposit must be wagered three times before the related funds can be withdrawn. Otherwise we may charge a processing fee.

Deposits

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard cards and other methods; our support team can tell you what works in your country. Minimum deposits are £20, 0.0001 BTC, 1 TRX, 0.001 XRP, 2 USDT, 1 DOGE and 0.01 LTC. All payments must come from a method in your own name, as we do not accept third-party deposits. Deposit limits cannot be set on crypto payments, so choose another method if you want a limit.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawals are £20, 5 USDT, 0.0002 BTC, 0.01 LTC, 1 DOGE, 1 TRX and 0.001 XRP.
• Limits are £4,000 per day, 8,000 per week and 30,000 per month. Larger wins may be paid in monthly parts of up to 30,000.
• Daily profit across casino games, jackpots aside, is capped at £25,000, or 50,000 for VIP players.
• We may confirm your identity before paying out, and false personal details can lead to a refused withdrawal.
• Intermediary banks may add charges of up to £16 on bank transfers, and USD payouts cannot go by bank transfer.

Dormant accounts

If you do not log in for 12 months in a row, your account becomes inactive. A fee of £10 a month then applies to any remaining balance until it runs out or you log in again.

Complaints

Contact our support team about any problem with payments, bonuses or limits, and we will escalate it if needed. Where results on screen and the game server logs disagree, the server logs decide.

Bonus rules

• Bonuses are limited to one per household, address, device and payment method.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and free spin winnings carry a 40 times wagering requirement.
• Slots count 100%, roulette 25%, card games 10% and other games 0%.
• The highest bet while wagering a bonus is £5 or 5 USDT.
• Free spins last 3 days, their winnings 7 days and cash bonuses 10 days.
• Only one bonus can be active at once.
• Winnings from the welcome offer are capped at £5,000 or the equivalent, and welcome free spin wins at £300.
